The M1k 11 spray gun and depositor is the standard GRC spray gun used by the majority of handspray GRC producers. It is a robust, versatile unit with large slurry tip which will spray most slurry mixers.
Constructed of aluminium with hardened steel slurry tip and air cap, the gun is lightweight, but well able to withstand continuous use underproduction conditions. It is a well-balanced unit with separate controls for the slurry and glass fibre |

The concentric spray gun was developed by Pilkington Bros.plc, and is now manufactured by ourselves. The glass chopper is the same as that fitted to our Mk 11 spray gun, and is incorporated in the concentric spray head.
The glass fibres are ejected through the center of the spray head, and the cement slurry is sprayed through an annular ring surrounding the glass fibre outlet, this has the effect of containing the fibres within the slurry stream and reduces the overspray of fibres, particularly when spraying difficult shapes. |
