The Downland 4" H.D.L.V. is a pneumatic, heavy duty, low vibration diamond wheel trimmer developed to meet the most stringent noise and vibration-level regulations. It is a well balanced tool that is quieter, more comfortable to use but even more powerful than earlier models and will quickly and easily cut 12-15mm GRP laminates producing a clean smooth edge. The wheel guard is fitted with a detachable dust cover and the guard also has a connection for a vacuum hose coupling.
